Objective
The Cebu Eastern College, a student development center which trains a multi-cultural clientele of Filipinos and Chinese, seeks to accomplish the following objectives:
To provide the students the environment and opportunities to inculcate the basic skills and standards of reading, writing, calculation and problem solving through an integrated curricular approach
To strengthen development along cognitive, psychomotor, and affective dimensions with emphasis on values, moral, and cultural concerns
To institute educational reforms within the capabilities of the Cebu Eastern College on innovative thrusts concerning the emergent advancement of science and technology
To produce competent, responsible, and productive learners trained within the educational aims of Philippine education
